Risk Assessment & Method Statement

Roof Cleaning
We will prepare your home thoroughly before we begin work. To protect vulnerable areas from water entering your home, we use sheeting. The specialist high-pressure equipment will be used to deep clean your roof tiles. This will remove any traces of dirt, moss, or lichen. To ensure a deep clean, we will also take care of your guttering or downspouts.
Roof Renovation

Anti-Fungicidal Wash
After these steps are completed, your roof is completely dry. We then apply an anti-fungicidal washing. This foam is used to kill micro-organisms such as algae, moss, and lichen. This treatment takes approximately 24 hours before we move onto the next part of the 5-stage process.
Waterproof Roof Coating
Your roof will be coated with two coats of a waterproof roofing coating. This will protect your roof tiles, but still allow them to breathe. This will ensure the best result, and a roof that feels and looks like new.
