How to get rid of hip dips
HIP DIPS are a term that is often used to describe hip dipping. HIP DIPS? I’m sure you have.
You’ve arrived at the right place, so stop and look.
My hip dips have been a problem for quite some time now. Today, I am sharing my struggles with them!
They can be a problem, so it is important to understand why they are there and what hip dips you can do to eliminate them.
Let me first say that you are not the only one in this.
Because we’re all girls, it doesn’t matter if everything is easier for us.
We can’t waste another second and get on with the dips.
What are hip dips, you ask?
The slight inward curve that lies just below each hip bone is called the “hip dip” or violin hips.
These occur when your hip bone is slightly higher than your femur. This causes fat and muscle to move inward.
We all have them. That’s how anatomy works.
It all comes down to bone structure.
All of us are born with a hip bone (or a femur bone), and the distance between them determines how deep we will have to dip.
It will be visible for some people, depending on whether you have a higher or wider hip bone.
This is also due to our hip bones and trochanter Major. The size and shape of our dips are very personal and can vary from one person.
This is why some people have larger dips than others.
How to Get Rid Of Hip-Dips?
We Can!!
They are not something we can eliminate.
Sorry, girls. But it’s not going to happen. Not in a natural way.
Proper diet and exercise can reduce the hip dip, but it depends on your body type, muscle and fat distribution.
But, it is impossible to get rid of them all.
We can’t lose them because they aren’t like love handles or belly fat – hip dips happen purely genetic.
But do they all have them?
Yes. They are all part of our bodies. They have always been part of women’s bodies.
It’s important to remember this before we let plastic surgery dictate our beauty standards.
Nobody is offended.
I understand why women choose plastic surgery for hip augmentations or fat transfers. It’s their body, their choice.
To be completely honest, I’m okay with anyone doing whatever they want with their bodies.
Social media and Instagram have decided that our flaws should be dealt with.
This is what bothers me.
We must accept that we all have flaws and that having them is okay.
Are There Any Exercises That Make Them Visible Less?
I believe lifting weights, particularly for strength training, will make your body look better and give your dips a more attractive appearance.
Weight loss is a great way to improve your health.
But, when it comes down to spotting hip dips, I suggest building your Glute Medius.
As you can see in the photo with human anatomy, it’s the muscle between the trochanter major and hip bone.
This might be a good option for people who have small hip dips. However, it won’t eliminate hip dips or give you larger hips. However, it will improve the overall appearance of your entire butt area.
It’s something I have tried, and it works. Although it didn’t work for me with the hip dips, I love the results I get from these workouts.
Some girls see some success with their Glute Medius. They have improved their dips, but they won’t fill them.
Booty bands are essential for targeting your side glute muscles and your hip dips.
You will also need a dumbbell or a kettlebell for the heavyweight exercises.
If you don’t like watching workout videos, these are the exercises.
Each exercise should be completed in 30 seconds. Take 15 seconds to rest between each exercise.
After you’re done with all the exercises, take a moment to rest and then do another round.
Get Healthy
Cleansing up your diet is key to any health goal.
This will allow you to be more fit and healthy and lose fat, especially in areas you don’t want, such as your hips.
You need to improve your diet and maintain a healthy nutrition balance to get the best results.
Include healthy foods rich in lean proteins, healthy oils, complex carbs, and plenty of vegetables and greens into your diet.
Since sticking to a healthy diet can be difficult for many, I created a meal plan that followed the same principles I used to lose weight.
